Insect Pheromone
In order to meet the needs of the rapidly growing world population and to get more yield in a unit area; the plant nutrition and the insect fighting products have been used too much because of lack of knowledge. This situation causes both water and solid pollution and this pollution causes the disruption of natural balance, the death of many beneficial organisms and worse, threatens human health with the residues it leaves on the foods.
Our company, “SMC Pharmaceutical Chemicals Building Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company” started its activities in 2004 in Istanbul Pendik. SMC’s starting aim was to; present, disseminate and improve BIOTECHNICAL fighting supplies, which is one of the pest control methods that have started to gain new place in Turkey, to our country. The most important of these products are pheromones and traps. Produced with the aim of preserving natural resources and leaving a clean and healthy environment for the next generations, these products do not cause any pollution in soil cover or water resources, and ensure the realization of an agricultural production does not pose a threat to human health.
SMC has registered trademarks for dozens of products and has many pheromone and trap licenses issued by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, occupational permits, pheromone and trap production licenses and disinfection authority.
Our aim is; to expand the use of pheromones and traps that are friendly both to nature and human beings in our country with the production of our products, to export them, and also to stand by our farmers with the new solutions that we offer.
